EasyImmo Professional has been developed over the last 5 years. Initially there where different online-modules to manage a real estate website
EasyImmo Professional consists of a Content Management System "EasyAdmin©", usefull to create new content on your Website or to maintain existing pages
and on the other hand the management of your real estate properties - "EasyImmo©", EasyImmo based on Access, MySql or SQL-Databases.
"EasyAdmin online" and "EasyImmo online" together is called EasyImmo Light
Through many client requests, and the missing of an multi-lingual and easy to use real estate application for the Spanish real estate market BUT which is also at the same time interface to your Website, we have decided to unifie the different modules in a professional intranet real estate application called "EasyImmo Professional"

This application is running "online" as well "offline in the intranet" mainly because of its sensitive data like contact data of the clients privacy, commission rates, mortages etc. This means that the moment EasyImmo Pro is configured on your server at your office, it is automatically usable in the network, without any cost intensive network licenses to install, like in other similar softwares.
As well the connection to EasyImmo Pro on the main server via internet from other offices is possible with a simple server configuration.
In this application there are no hidden extra costs, neither "multiple user licences to purchase. It absolutely doesn't matter if you work on a single station or any number of workstations. There is only one fee.
The application can run in any common Web browser. For reasons of interaction between Microsoft Office products the database it's using a Microsoft Access Database. This way any data exchange towards other Microsoft products like Ms Word or Excel is granted without any additional costs and you can use the collected Data for Mailing purposes, statistics and so on.
With "EasyImmo Professional" you have a flexible application, open to all directions and no problems migrating to new operating systems or upgrading of windows versions because all of the application is based on HTML and ASP (Active Server pages).
